How does it work?
The ManageOne agent is installed on every device that is required to be maintained via the Support Console. This agent will continuously run on each device as a service (much like the traditional anti-virus agent) and will check-in with the central ManageOne console at scheduled intervals. Tasks are performed based on scheduled intervals from the ManageOne console to the agent. As the agent checks in with the console, it will receive any scheduled updates or requests that have occurred since the last check-in.
