Our Team

Kent Erickson is the Chairman and CEO of Pointivity. Graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Accounting, Kent spent over four years as a CPA before launching Pointivity, originally known as Logic Technology Partners, in 1991. He is a member of VISTAGE and IPED. Kent is married to Linda Erickson, Pointivity co-owner, and they have a daughter, Marissa.

Linda Erickson is co-owner of Pointivity and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Pointivity, she was the information technology manager at Critical Air Medicine, Inc., a San Diego-based medical transportation company. Linda is a member of VISTAGE and IPED. She graduated from University of California San Diego with a degree in economics. Linda, Kent and Marissa live in Carmel Valley.

Paul Scuba, Pointivity co-owner, is the company's Chief Technology Officer. After gaining extensive experience and expertise as a network administrator during his seven years of service with the United States Marine Corps, Paul joined Pointivity in 1996. His knowledge and certifications, including Microsoft Systems Engineer and Citrix Administrator, make Paul a valuable resource to his peers and an asset to clients. Paul is married and currently resides in Bay Park.
