Each Pointivity project passes through a six-phase process:

1. Assessment: Pointivity listens to each client to fully understand both the nature of the business and to determine appropriate objectives.
2. Design: Pointivity identifies the status of the in-place infrastructure and identifies solutions that correspond to the financial resources, business needs, and scheduling demands of the client.
3. Development: Pointivity refines the solution identified during the design phase so that all aspects of the project and related tasks are identified for full-blown development before implementation.
4. Implementation: Pointivity marshals all of the resources for the project and completes the work to the customer's satisfaction -- from project roll out and status tracking to change control.
5. Review: Pointivity reviews the completed project to rate its correspondence to all client goals and to maximize the value and utility of a project after it is turned over to the client.
6. Maintenance: Pointivity ensures a continuing level of system performance and client satisfaction -- making periodic suggestions to upgrade and maintain the system in light of developments within the industry.
