- Application enablement in a hosted environment: Testing and confirmation of your applications in the environment.
- Project Management: Project plan created and managed for a smooth transition to a hosted model. Engineer on site to support users when going live.
- Training of users: Training your employees how to login, access files, print, and to remotely load their virtual desktop.
- Help Desk Services: Immediate technical support resulting in increased productivity. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Data Center: Tier 1 level data center which applications are run incorporating secure racks, temperature and humidity controls, fire suppression systems, restricted access, and 24-hour security seven days a week.
- Server Maintenance: Compaq/HP Rack Mounted Server maintained and upgraded for life of contract.
- Data Storage: Corporate data storage on redundant high speed Storage Area Networks.
- Data Back-up Services: All data is backed up nightly. Standard backups are retained for one week.
- Anti-Virus Services: All servers are protected from virus attacks. The anti-virus software is constantly updated to protect against new strains of viruses.
- High Level of Security: Complete firewall and security monitoring. Prevention of outside intrusion by use of state of the art firewalls. Data is secure from threat of virus attacks.
- Unlimited Bandwidth: Costs include unlimited bandwidth usage.
- Printing Services: IP printing from the data center to your location.
- Administrative Services: Complete administration of your environment for changes, updates, and configuration via Help Desk.
