Pointivity System Automation will process a sales order then provision the services ordered for the customer. Once the order is in the system, resellers will receive an order notification as the system starts to provision the services.
Resellers can purchase services directly from the Hosted Services Control Panel and Pointivity System Automation will provision and deploy the services automatically. The system then provisions the end-user control panel for self-administration. The reseller can also manually enter orders into Pointivity System Automation and the system automatically provisions the orders and notifies the customer when the order is complete.
