The Pointivity Team Founded in 1991 as Logic Technology Partners, Pointivity has a long history of meeting the technology needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Kent Erickson Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Kent Erickson is the President and CEO of Pointivity with 20+ years of experience in defining and creating IT services that improve the quality and reliability of technology infrastructures which businesses depend upon. Over the years Kent has navigated Pointivity through many technology curves. He was an early adopter of the SaaS model and he now shares his knowledge as the channel is faced with the introduction and uncertainty of cloud computing. His passionate drive and visionary approach has made him a valuable resource in the technology sector. Kent graduated from San Diego State University and worked in public accounting prior to Pointivity. Paul Scuba Chief Technology Officer Mr. Scuba has over 13 years of experience as Pointivity’s CTO with a broad-based expertise in technology, product offerings, service delivery, team building and client management. He has delivered IT solutions from enterprise project management to complex application implementation to more than 50 small businesses. Mr. Scuba retains professional certifications as Certified System Engineer on Microsoft and HP systems, Certified Administrator on Citrix and Cisco systems as well as a member of Vistage (formerly TEC). Prior to joining Pointivity, he was a Network Architect with the United States Marine Corps. Linda Erickson Vice President Linda Erickson is the co-owner and Vice President of Pointivity with 15+ years of experience in operations of the business including sales, marketing, product management, and technical operations. Prior to joining Pointivity, she was the Information Technology Manager at Critical Air Medicine, Inc., a San Diego-based medical transportation company. Linda is a member of Vistage (formerly TEC) and IPED. She graduated from University of California San Diego with a degree in economics. Derek Cahill Vice President of Channel Development Derek Cahill has more than 15+ years of technology, operations and product development experience working for both Fortune 200 and high-growth startup technology companies. Mr. Cahill previously held positions as VP of Product Development for HealthDemographics, CIO of Medibuy.com, President & Founder of OnDemand Business Software and CIO of Bridgetech Holdings International, Inc. Eric Tsai Director of Marketing & Communications Eric Tsai has 9+ years of global multidisciplinary experience in the areas of marketing communication and brand strategy for a diverse range of industries. He previously worked as the Director of Global Marketing at Bridgetech Holdings International, Inc., Chief Creative Director and Founder of Visual Duration Studio and was the President for Fieldsheer Inc. Mr. Tsai also has experience with product development, brand management and information architect. He graduated from University of California Irvine with a BFA degree. Tim Topham Data Center Operations Manager Mr. Topham has been working as a technology consultant for over 15 years helping customers balance costs and functionality. He has taught classes on Systems Theory and Network Design and the College of the Siskiyous in Northern California where he graduated from a unique program on Process Technology. Since then he has been involved in Network Design, customized Consulting Services, Process Automation & Resource Planning for customers as small as 5-10 users and large enterprises for customers like Columbia Sportswear, Mentor Graphics, Providence Medical Center and others.
