Partner / Channel Account Manager (PAM) Pointivity is currently seeking a Partner Account Manager (PAM) who will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales through Pointivity’s fast growing partner and reseller channels. Candidate must have direct experience managing partners in high-tech, computer industry. Must have experience working with VARs, SIs, MSPs (managed service providers) and/or Microsoft Gold Partners. This role involves ongoing cross-functional collaboration and working closely with sales, marketing, training, technical and other team members. The role requires strong communication and networking skills and ability to train and communicate technical products and solutions to Pointivity’s partners. He/she will be the main point of contact for managing all phases of a partner's operational life-cycle, including pre-sales, training, implementation scoping, testing, analysis, launch, ongoing review, marketing support, quotes and sales and ongoing account support and management. PAM is also responsible for partner success and driving incremental revenue by managing the cross selling and up-selling of Pointivity products.
